This page shows the shipping information for the default shipping method used in this store. If you would like to use specific courier services or have more shipping options, please feel free to contact me for a shipping quote before ordering by email to Ki.Hiwatari [@] gmail.com.

All merch is personally checked, packaged and dropped off at the shipping company. I will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused during shipping after the merch leaves my hands.

• Returns and exchanges are not available unless I send you the wrong item.

• If the default shipping to your country is not tracked and you did not ask for tracked shipping, I will not be responsible for any lost packages during shipping. I can only provide proof that I have dropped off your package at the shipping company for non-tracked packages.
• I will use shipping information per PayPal unless you instruct me an alternate address. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct.
• Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after they are shipped unless I sent you the wrong item. Please inform me ASAP if you would like to make changes to your order.
• In the case of refund due to order cancellations, you will be refunded the cost of items minus PayPal fees. (You may also need to pay PayPal fees a second time if I send you back money but I am not sure...)
• In-stock items will require about 3 days to pack. Custom items may take longer. You will get email notifications for order receipt confirmation, payment receipt confirmation and when items are shipped.

Canada (Tracked): 2-8 business days

United States (Tracked): 3-9 business days

International 1 (Tracked): 15-22 business days
Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

International 2 (Tracked): 15-22 business days - these countries have higher shipping fees for whatever reason...
Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland

International 3 (Non-Tracked): 4-12 weeks
Argentina, Chile, China, Columbia, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

NOTE SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES UNDER INTERNATIONAL 3 ARE NONTRACKED, I repeat, NONTRACKED, so I am not able to tell where your package is once it is dropped off. I will provide you the package label number so you can use it to ask at your local office but I cannot track it.

For those countries with tracking, I will provide the tracking number as well as the tracking link. Note the tracking link I give you is the exact same link I have access to, so what you can see if the same thing as what I can see. If you can't tell where your package is, I can't tell where your package is either :(

Shipping is set to a fixed price based on Shipping Group with no additional fees for extra items.

Canada: $12
United States: $10
International 1: $15
International 2: $18
International 3: $15

Certain light weight items, usually paper or stickers, will have free shipping. Free shipping is by default letter mail through Canada Post with no tracking to anywhere.
